How does per-site pricing work?
You are quoted per mine site. Every worker, supervisor, and contractor at that site gets unlimited access. No per-user charges — a 40-person pit costs the same as a 10-person pit.
Should I start on Gate Keeper or Pro?
The deciding question is gate traffic, not headcount. If fewer than about ten outside people — delivery drivers, haulers, vendors, contractors — come through your scale house in a week, Gate Keeper is the right fit. Above about twenty, Pro pays for itself on the records it keeps for you: the check-out history, the employee folders, the audit log, and the follow-ups that would otherwise live on a sticky note. We will tell you honestly which one you need.
How do I get a price?
Request a quote. Tell us how many sites you run and which tier fits, and we will come back with numbers for your operation.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice, which is the same notice period stated in our Terms of Service. Annual plans run for the twelve months you have paid for.
Can I start with one site and add more later?
Absolutely. Start with a single site and expand as you see the value. Adding a new site takes about 5 minutes.
Do you price multiple sites differently?
Yes. Multi-site operations are quoted differently from a single site. Tell us how many sites you run and we will put a quote together.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data is exported for you and securely deleted. No lock-in.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliant providers.
